What are Renthelper Services?

In order to make finding a place to live easier and faster Renthelper offers Renthelper Services, and Renthelper Professional Services.

Renthelper Services are designed for the average renter, either looking for a place to live, or looking for someone to fill the place they are living now.
A person registered with Renthelper Services can take advantage of these free services:
Free Classified: Post a free Housemate Wanted or Subleaser Wanted classified. This free classified will go into the Renthelper Directory and appear on the Spotlight page under its category type. These classifieds will remain in the system for one week before being automatically deleted, but you can either extend them for a small charge, or just repost them again later when you have the time.
Renthelper List: There are currently over 3000 listings in the Renthelper Directory. In order to make it easier for you to keep track of the listings that caught your attention we have created the Renthelper List, a virtual list kept by the Renthelper System. You are encouraged to add and remove items from your list as you browse the directory. Isn't that much better then writing it down?
Housing Profile: Searching through the Renthelper Directory can take time, and with frequent updates you'd need to search every day to make sure you didn't miss anything new. With this in mind Renthelper has built a Magic Bullet© search system. You create three profiles: High, Medium and Low Priority. Once every day the Renthelper system will search the Directory for any matches to any of your profiles. These matches are automatically added to your Renthelper List, and they can also be emailed to you. All you need to do is sit back and let the computers do all the work for you. Isn't that what they are supposed to be doing?

Renthelper Professional Services are designed for property owners, or property managers looking to inform the public, and promote their properties.
Registering with Renthelper professional Services gives a person access to collect, fill in, or make changes to any of the properties listed in the Renthelper Directory. You can also add new properties to the directory if they aren't already represented. Find out more...
